We woke up in 2 AM and get all the winter clothes.  jacket. swether. scarf...

We left around 3 AM, and spend 1 and half hour drove from Kihey to Haleakala.

When we went to 10,000 ft, it's around 4:30 AM.

Haleakala National Park  's entrance fee is $10 per car.

The Sunrise time was 6:22, so we need to wait for the first beam of the light.

Around 6:00 AM, we started has some light.

Everybody is waiting for the same moment.

After rest inside the car few hours, we went to take more photos.

We were so close to the clouds, even can touch it.

The vegetation is called Silver Sword,

The shy Haleakala birds likes to eat silver sword, they can't fly, they can only run and walk.

On our way home, we saw rainbow again.
